What Types Of Sharks?
The Blue shark is the most prolific shark of our home waters. They are extremely inquisitive and remarkably beautiful given their bioluminescence. They are electric blue! We also enjoy Mako sharks so easily recognizable as the original snaggle tooth and black piercing eyes while the bashful and solitary Threshers sporting their extremely long and unmistakable whip tail which makes up nearly half of their body length. Great White’s and Porbeagles also frequent our waters.
What Do You Need To Bring?
We recommend that you bring two changes of clothes and two suits as many times after someone has changed they decide to go back in for one more time. It’s just nice to change into something dry. You also need to pack a lunch, hat, sunblock and any additional camera or video gear you would like to bring. We do our best to get as many pictures and video as possible but, the more the merrier.
What Do We Supply?
We will have an ample supply of water, Gatorade®, ice, a selection of wet suits, masks and snorkels. If you have your own gear then by all means bring it along.
What Is The Duration Of The Trip?
We typically depart at 8:00 AM and return to port at 2:00PM. We will sail approximately 25 miles off shore to insure excellent visibility and good viewing opportunity.
What Ages And Abilities Can Be Accommodated?
Our customer mix represents the most eclectic cross section of friends, from preteens to grandparents. If anyone in your group has any special needs we would be happy to discuss any and all opportunities. We have enjoyed Grammies with their granddaughters, aunts with their nieces and nephews, families, doctors, nurses, varsity football players, lawyers, industry executives, lobbyist, painters, artists, funeral home directors, mothers and daughters, neighborhood friends and hair dressers. We do open boat charters so if you can’t put a group together we will do our best to make a group for a day on the water.
